Sound heals
The most powerful force and healer in the universe is love. Knowing this, the foundation of each offering by Alignment is love. When a space is intentionally infused with this essence, it supports an environment for healing to happen with ease and grace.
Sound Healing
Can you relate to music? Of course you can! Music is a universal language that speaks to all people and has for as long as we know.
When you’re listening to a song by a certain artist, you may find yourself able to relate (emotionally) to the emotions the artist wrote the song with. Our emotional state somewhat becomes “tuned” to the emotions of the song.
When you lay down to receive a sound healing from Alignment, instead of tuning to the emotions of a song, you are turned inwards and become more tuned in to feeling your own emotions.
Sometimes, this process can bring up old, stuck, or limiting emotions and occasionally, these emotions will move so they can be released. This release can happen through tears, laughter, movement, breathing, and countless other ways.
Each space that is created is done with love and is set up to be a safe container. Emotional release is encouraged so we can expand beyond our limits. At the same time that this is encouraged, you will never be pushed or dragged into facing, releasing, forgiving, or doing anything you don’t want to. The pace of your process is set by you. Always. However, when you are ready, if you would like a new perspective, assistance in processing, or an ear to listen, don’t hesitate to reach out. We will walk with you through anything and if we don’t have the tools or resources to get us all the way through, we will find the tools and resources.
Anyone can play or learn to play a singing bowl. So why is Alignment different? The most powerful force and healer in the universe is love. Knowing this, the foundation of each offering by Alignment is love. When a space is intentionally infused with this essence, it supports an environment for healing to happen with ease and grace.
“Its in the presence of love that we are reminded of who we are. “ Austin Shook
We could create these spaces without any instruments because instruments are not necessary to create spaces of love. However, instruments are a beautiful way to remind us of our nature – infinite love.
